What We Do with Glass
Tempered glass arrives from primary producers and leaves Vuteq as a ready-to-install assembly: cleaned, moulding applied, hardware (brackets, sensors) attached, and full optical / dimensional inspection performed. From our line to the customer's installer.

- Side glass (front and rear doors) with regulator mounts
- Rear glass with defroster tabs and antenna terminations
- Quarter and vent glass sub-assemblies
- Moulding, encapsulation, and butyl bead application
Inspection
- Optical distortion check
- Dimensional / fit check to CAD
- Bond-line preparation and primer verification
- Torque and presence checks on all attached hardware
